Agreement to Terms. Your access to and use of https://veloursbeautystudio.com is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms in full.

Service Description. This Site describes Eyebrow Threading, Brow Lamination, Lash Lift, Henna Tattoo, Eyelash Extensions, Bikini Waxing, Eyebrow Waxing, Waxing Services provided by Velours Beauty Studio. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.

Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.

Ownership. Velours Beauty Studio (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.

Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.

Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.

As-Is Basis. https://veloursbeautystudio.com is provided on an "as is" basis. Velours Beauty Studio makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.

Limitation. In no event will Velours Beauty Studio's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.

Hold Harmless. You will indemnify Velours Beauty Studio against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by FL law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in FL for any dispute arising out of these Terms.

Term Changes. Velours Beauty Studio may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
